Barauni (Begusarai), Dialogue thread. At Barauni Refinery in Bihar, 19 people working in the furnace of Unit AVU (Atmospheric Vacuum Unit) were injured on Thursday morning.
All the injured were admitted to Barauni Refinery Hospital and a private hospital after providing first aid. One of them is said to be in critical condition.
Barauni Refinery ED Shukla Mistry said that 19 people had minor injuries. All are safe. This did not cause any financial loss to Barauni Refinery. However, for this, a team will be formed and the matter will be investigated.

Barauni Refinery ED Shukla Mistry said that the injured have been admitted to a nearby private hospital including the hospital of the refinery. He told that the plant was shut down for a month.
Work on getting it started for two days was going on. Everything was going well. A unit exploded due to a technical fault. Due to this the personnel present there got injured.

It is said that the Barauni refinery was closed for about a month. On Thursday, while starting AVU, its furnace exploded. Due to this 19 people working there got injured. Of these, five are employees of Barauni Refinery.
The remaining 10 are contractor workers. Due to the spread of rumours from the Internet media, people of the surrounding villages also started reaching gate number one of Barauni Refinery.
People started asking about the condition of their relatives.
Due to this, there was a situation of chaos. It is being said that a major accident has been averted. Given the accident, all entry into the Barauni Refinery area has been banned.
