In Bihar’s Vaishali, Policemen were cut with swords, many soldiers including the SHO injured, 13 arrested

In Badanpur Milki village of Mahua police station area, people attacked the Mahua police team, which had gone to apprehend the accused in the case of assault and robbery a month ago, by firing several rounds.

Half a dozen policemen including the Mahua police station president were injured in the attack.

The Mahua police team, which had gone to nab the accused of a case of assault and robbery a month ago in Badanpur Milki village of Mahua police station area, was attacked with a traditional Harbe weapon while firing several rounds on Saturday night.

Several policemen were injured in the attack with swords and spears. On information, the police of many police stations reached or else they would have taken the lives of the policemen.

Half a dozen policemen including Mahua Police Station were injured in the attack. The condition of three of the injured remains critical, where they have been admitted to Sadar Hospital Hajipur.

While three others are being treated at Mahua Sub-Divisional Hospital. Police from several police stations reached the spot. 13 have been arrested in this case.

The attack started by surrounding the policeman

According to the information, a month ago there was a dispute between two people in Badanpur Milki village. There was also fighting from both sides. The case was registered in Mahua police station.

Mahua police reached the village late Saturday night at around one o’clock to arrest the named accused. After this, when the police tried to raid the house of the accused, suddenly the people of the house started firing.

Surrounded the police from all sides. After this, when the policemen started running to save their lives, they attacked them with swords, sticks and spears.

Half a dozen policemen including Mahua Police Station President Krishna Nand Jha, Under Inspector Arun Kumar, Chowkidar Ankit Kumar were injured in the attack.

The information about the firing and attack on the police was somehow given to the other officer.

As soon as the information was received, the police of many police stations including Sadar police station, Rajapakad police station reached the spot.

Police of many police stations reached the injured and took them to the hospital

Police personnel reached the spot, picked up the injured policeman in the attack and sent him to the hospital and arrested many people.

Three police personnel admitted to Mahua Hospital have been referred to Sadar Hospital in critical condition, while three policemen are being treated at Mahua Hospital.

On information, Sub-Divisional Police Officer Poonam Kesari and other officials reached and met the injured policemen.
