According to the information, there was a dispute between the outsourcing staff of the hospital, Mithilesh Sao and the security guard posted there, Vijay Bharti over a water bottle.

First, there was an argument between the two, then a scuffle and soon the hospital became a battleground. It is alleged that the security guard beat Mithilesh so much that he was badly injured.
He was immediately taken to the Sadar Hospital for treatment, but he died.
The police reached the referral hospital after receiving the news of the assault, but by then the accused guard had fled from there. The outsourcing staff who died in this dispute was 34 years old.
According to the police, Mithilesh was a resident of Arwal district. He used to work as a generator in the hospital. At the same time, the accused security guard is also said to be of a private company.
Prabhat Kumar, the manager of the company where Mithilesh Sao used to work, told that he used to come from a very poor family.
While on duty at Laxmipur Referral Hospital, an argument broke out with the accused guard Vijay Bharti over a bottle of water.
The dispute escalated so much that a scuffle broke out between the two. During this, Mithilesh was seriously injured by beating Vijay Bharti. By the time he was taken to Sadar Hospital, Mithilesh died before that.
Prabhat Kumar said that an application has been given to the Laxmipur police station to register an FIR in this case.
At the same time, SDPO Dr Rakesh Kumar while confirming the matter said that the police is investigating the incident thoroughly. The security guard who assaulted is absconding, search is on for him.
