The arrested miscreant was identified as Manoj Sah of the Jankinagar police station area. On search of Manoj Sah, two country-made pistols and six cartridges were recovered. After this Manoj Sah was arrested.

During the interrogation of the miscreant, it was found that Manoj was a resident of Forbesganj along with another miscreant. Both were trying to rob a CSC operator. While waiting for the arrival of the CSP operator, the miscreant got into the hands of the Raniganj police.
