The Accused of molesting an 8-year-old girl was Sentenced to 20 years Banka Bihar

Kanul Ansari, accused of raping an 8-year-old innocent girl in Bihar’s Banka district, has been sentenced to 20 years of imprisonment and fined by the court.

This sentence has been given by the Additional District and Sessions Judge of Banka-6 cum Special POCSO Court Judge.

According to the prosecution, this incident is related to Katiyama village under Rajoun police station in Banka district. The incident happened on 7th December 2015.

In this case, the mother of the victim innocent girl had lodged an FIR against the accused Kanul Ansari in the Mahila Police Station.

In the FIR lodged, the victim’s mother had alleged that 45-year-old Kainool Ansari of the same village used to come to her house every day to extract milk from the cow.

On the day of the incident, he committed an immoral act by seducing his 8-year-old daughter at home.

According to the prosecution, in the FIR lodged, the victim’s mother said that when she reached the spot on the screams of the girl, the accused ran away.

In this case, the court found the accused guilty of molesting the girl on the basis of the evidence presented and sentenced him to 20 years imprisonment and a fine of one lakh rupees.

The court also ordered to pay this amount of fine to the victim.
