From National State Route 110 Bhadasi, this road meets at Akbarpur in Patna district via Pakharpur Shivnagar. Its length is about seven kilometres. The distance from Bhadasi to Shivnagar is 5 km.

According to the information, the condition of the road built from Bhadasi to Shivnagar about two years ago through the Pradhan Mantri Sadak Yojana is so bad that it is difficult to walk on this path.

People of dozens of villages including Rohai, Alwalchak, travel along this path to reach Patna. Due to the bad condition of the road, people have to travel a long distance to Patna via Arwal.

People of Karpi block Shivnagar, Pathak Chak, Dariyapur, Arwal block Pakharpur and other villages are facing a lot of difficulties to go to the district headquarters. The situation gets worse when there is little rain.

It should also be mentioned here that Navodaya Vidyalaya, Regional Employment Training Institute, Shivnagar in Karpi block and Panchayat Sarkar Bhawan in Fakharpur of Arwal block are run by other institutions.

There is also a constant flow of representatives including the office bearers of various departments. Despite this, neither the officials are paying attention to this path nor the politicians.

For this, the local people have also complained to the authorities many times.
