Amazon Web Services (AWS) has chosen seven Indian startups that specialize in generative AI for its global accelerator program. The startups, which were selected from a pool of 80 global companies, will receive up to $1 million in AWS credits to develop, train, test, and deploy their AI solutions.
The selected startups are:
- Convrse: An AI-based tool that optimizes complex 3D objects or scenes for web or real-time applications, serving industries such as gaming, architecture, manufacturing, healthcare, and simulations.
- House of Models: A company that leverages large language models (LLMs) and diffuser models to generate digital content for brands and businesses, including images, videos, and product descriptions.
- Neural Garage: A deep technology company that uses AI to streamline content creation by lip-syncing videos.
- Orbo: A startup that uses GenAI to cater hyper-personalization and contextual search solutions for the beauty and personal care industries.
- Phot.ai: An AI-powered platform that simplifies photo editing and graphic design, helping ecommerce sellers optimize their workflows.
- Unscript AI: A SaaS marketing tool that uses generative AI to create studio-quality videos with real or virtual actors, empowering companies to create personalized and impactful customer experiences.
- Zocket: A company that simplifies digital advertising using generative AI for ad creation, targeting, and analytics, making it easy for businesses to manage and optimize campaigns.
These startups will receive AWS credits to use Amazon SageMaker and Amazon Bedrock, tools for developing and deploying generative AI applications. They will also have access to a range of AWS services, including compute, storage, and database technologies, as well as AI chips like AWS Trainium and AWS.
AWS had previously announced a $230 million fund to accelerate generative AI-driven applications worldwide, aiming to support startups in developing and scaling their unique ideas using generative AI.
